This session is designed to provide you with strategies for holding productive conversations that can result in desirable outcomes. You will leave the workshop with an action plan to use specific tools and techniques to handle difficult conversations successfully. Earn 6 PDUs.

Lucy Luckhardt Calder graduated form Wake Forest University with a B.A.  She produced new products spots for "Good Morning America" and developed the international traveller's assistance program, MasterAssist, for MasterCard. The majority of her career was spent with Harry and David, where she was the top Corporate Account Executive for the largest and most important territory. She covered Manhattan, Westchester, Fairfield, and Rockland Counties, putting together new product launch programs, dealer loaders, premium programs and employee and client incentive programs.  Her clients included the Fortune 500, Wall Street, the garment district and major publishers.
