Victoria Mouroulis – Managing Director, Bella Vista Program

With over 20 years experience building and leading sales organizations within the high tech industry, working with and for organizations as diverse as Fortune 500s, start-ups and government entities, Victoria Mouroulis brings exceptional business leadership expertise to Business Women Rising. In her role as Managing Director, Bella Vista Program, Victoria is responsible for the delivery of the Leadership Vistas program for entrepreneurial presidents and CEOs.  Victoria also leads leadership development workshops and seminars through the BWR Institute and she is an executive coach.  

Throughout her corporate career, Victoria was consistently recognized for her decisive and motivational management style that resulted in high levels of team productivity and record revenues.  Victoria is a certified Master Coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute and she has trained with the Coaches Training Institute, American Seminar Leaders Association, CoachVille LLC, Peak Potentials, and Miller Heiman. She is currently a member of the International Coaching Council and the International Association of Coaches. Victoria is also the founder of VCM Enterprises, a full service coaching and training organization dedicated to increasing the performance of individuals who are committed to a life of prosperity, through personal and professional growth.

Victoria holds a Certificate in Management Effectiveness from the University of Southern California and currently serves as the President-elect for the Placentia Chamber of Commerce.
