Susan Gerke - Managing Director, Prima Vista Program

A recognized expert in facilitation, consulting, curriculum development, and coaching, Susan Gerke has been in the leadership development business since 1989. As Managing Director of the Prima Vista program for BWR, Susan is responsible for establishing and leading the Leadership Vistas program for first-line managers. Susan also developed and delivers several of the BWR Institute workshops. 

Following 21 years working for IBM where she was a manager as well as a technical support representative and a management development professional, Susan founded Gerke Consulting & Development, focused on the design and implementation of leadership and teamwork programs to meet the needs of executives, managers, and employees. Susan has developed and delivered experiential programs in the areas of group dynamics, management skills, mentoring, and facilitation. She has worked with global teams and has certified facilitators around the world to deliver management, leadership, and team offerings. 

Susan has a B.S. degree in Statistics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is a graduate of University Associates Human Resources and Organizational Development Intern program.
