Dr. Bill Bellows - Associate Fellow, Grande Vista Program

With over 25 years in the aerospace industry, Bill Bellows is widely known for his efforts to provide insights to the advantages of thinking together, learning together and working together. As an Associate Fellow of Business Women Rising, Bill Bellows is collaborating with the Leadership Vistas team to guide the curriculum development and guest speaker roster for the Grande Vista program for senior-level leaders and executives.

Bill Bellows is an Associate Fellow in the InThinking Network at United Technologies' Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne business unit. The audiences for his mind-expanding classes range from elementary school children in after-school programs to graduate students at Northwestern University, to corporate leaders and public audiences across North America and the United Kingdom. Dr. Bellows also serves as the President of the In2:InThinking Network and is a board member of the W. Edwards Deming Institute, the Volunteers of America - Los Angeles chapter, and the American Youth Soccer Organization of Valencia.

Dr. Bellows earned his BS, MS and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
